4-Day New Year’s Restart | Ketamine Retreat

Start the new year with self-care and a fresh perspective! Give yourself some California love with a holistic, multimodal therapeutic retreat in beautiful surroundings utilizing ketamine-assisted therapy from licensed psychedelic-assisted therapy providers, along with plenty of additional deep healing opportunities offered by our other talented professionals in beautiful surroundings. Yoga, massage, music, meditation, integration circles, time in nature, ample time for rest, reflection, journaling, and an overall reset.

What’s Included:

• All-inclusive accommodations and meals

• 2 medicine preparation sessions, 2 intramuscular ketamine sessions with individualized dosing, 2 integration circles, welcome ceremony, and closing ceremony

• Option for post-retreat online integration circles: Should you choose to accept continued support from Transcendelic, you can receive ongoing integration guidance at home and stay in touch with participants long after you leave the retreat!

• Group therapy with evidence-based trauma-informed therapies such as Internal Family Systems, inner child work, Somatic Experiencing, shadow work, etc.

• Individual therapy with evidence-based trauma-informed therapies (optional but encouraged)

• Meditation, mindfulness, sound healing and breathwork

• Yoga

• Massage (Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic, Himalayan salt stone massage), marma point therapy, KALI, cupping, and reiki
