BioDynamic Breathwork with April Wyett
April provides a sanctuary of support to help you find a resource, a place of safety, and assist you to connect to the felt sense through self-awareness within and around your body. Through the  BioDynamic Breathwork (BBTRS®) experience,  you will receive gentle guidance to utilize the breath with movement, touch, release, and with soothing sounds ending with a meditation & integration of energy with Reiki. This is a holistic approach for an embodiment of breath practice to witness your own ability to ease tensions and self-regulate.
The BBTRS® breathing style can also be used to target specific emotional and/or physical issues and tap into areas that feel “blocked” or disconnected from the rest of the body. Through the series of sessions an awareness is fostered by building Emotional Intelligence, as you learn to alleviate tensions and discord within the mind & body while receiving support in exploring your personal growth.
Reiki Experience with April Wyett
During our time together April will offer a Restorative Meditation with Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese technique which promotes wellbeing and is a very gentle and helps to support mental, physical, and emotional wellness and healing.
During the 45-minute meditation you will receive support in relieving stress, tension, and anxiety to restore your foundation of health, energy, and vitality. The session will start with a short, guided meditation as you relax to soothing music, allowing yourself to be supported by Reiki energy.
No experience required, just an open mind and heart to explore!
Intuition Development Workshop – Victoria Shaw
Intuition is our spiritual GPS that keeps us aligned with the realization of our deepest joys, purpose and true abundant nature.  Everyone is intuitive, we just need to learn to tune in.  During this 90-minute experience you will learn how to deepen your connection with your inner wisdom. Through lecture, discussion, and hands on exercises you will discover how your intuition is already working for you.  You will learn the difference between intuition, fear, imagination and wishful thinking. And you will deepen your trust in yourself and your own inner knowing.
Gallery Style Intuitive Reading with Victoria Shaw
Enjoy gallery-style Intuitive reading with Dr. Victoria Shaw. During this experience, Dr. Shaw will facilitate communication between your Higher Self and spirit guides to receive answers to your life’s most burning questions. Whether you are grappling with an important decision, striving for a healthier lifestyle, or wanting to gain a better understanding of your inner self and your soul’s path, intuitive insights can assist you in reaching your goals.

Mindfulness Hike
You will be guided by Dr. Victoria Shaw on an easy and rejuvenating hike in the beautiful Daley Ranch Nature Preserve. Soak in the natural surroundings and breath in while tuning into your senses.
Gentle Yoga Practice
Gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. It can be relaxing as it helps to enhance range of motion and gain flexibility, and each movement is linked with breath as we enter the postures gradually to connect with body ~ our most precious resource.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is produced by the unique sounds and frequency with intention for healing, as it harmonizes the body on both cellular and energetic levels balancing any area needing support. Immersed in the soft soothing tones, most people say their experiences are like a massage, but on a deeper level and is very relaxing. The frequencies can also provide relief of aches and tensions within the body, allowing you to let go, relax, and receive, bringing you back to your natural state of being.
Cold Plunges in the Pool
To revitalize your nervous system and awaken the senses with a cold plunge at the private pool located on-site.
Not ready for the plunge? Take a break by the pool and relax with your favorite book.
