The Holy Fool Day Retreat

Join us for a day of merriment, silliness, exploration, joy, and connection, filled with workshops from expert physical theatre educators on clown yoga, introductory clowning practice, miming, and the art of mask. In between workshops, we’ll delight and share in ridiculous clown ritual meals, enjoy exploring all the natural amenities that Cactus Blossom in Escondido, California has to offer (including a jacuzzi!), receive specialized Holy Fool tarot readings, swoon to silly and sweet accordion tunes, and more!

Cactus Blossom has a lot of wonderful sights and amenities available to us: the jacuzzi, the garden for strolling, walking & hiking trails, a heated and covered deck, a crafting room, a large kitchen, a living room, and plenty of outdoor, grassy spaces overlooking gorgeous mountains.
